Visit to The House of J.C. Le Roux | Lifestyle

One of my favourite things in the whole wide world is to explore, adventure and experience new things - especially when it involves good company and breath-taking views! Yesterday we celebrated my friend’s birthday by visiting The House of J.C. Le Roux just outside Stellenbosch, Cape Town, followed by some yummy lunch at a local restaurant, Trumpet Tree.

At the farm, we went Wine and Nougat tasting. It was incredible. Consisting of 5 different types of J.C Le Roux wonders as well as flattering delicious homemade pieces of nougat, we were guided through the whole experience by a professional who explained every tiny detail of each product.

The place itself, with the wine tasting downstairs and the restaurant upstairs, complimented by the beautiful backdrop of the mountain and vineyards, is absolutely beautiful.

The tasting did not take too long, but it was a great experience that I recommend to anyone who is looking for a wonderful time with some good people.

My outfit of the day was: a little black dress with a light-weighted, flowy coat, paired with some black ankle buckle-up boots. I spiced this up with two chains, rings and a cute little bag to keep my essentials in.

Share my experience with me by seeing the photos below and let me know what you think!
